Jennifer Dziura, founder of GetBullish.com, is a frequent writer and speaker on the various issues that women deal with in the workplace.  GetBullish.com is a feminism- and justice-minded website and social network for workplace advice for women.  Ms. Dziura will speak on dealing with subtle sexism in the workplace with some practical suggestions.

Keynote
Anita Vaughn, former CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, began her career with Baptist in its Intensive Care Unit, and ended with her retirement after serving for 19 years as the CEO of the Women’s Hospital.  Ms. Vaughn has been an inspiring corporate leader and dedicated community advocate for women’s health care.

Marla Presley is a management-side labor and employment attorney, and the Litigation Manager of the Pittsburgh office of Jackson Lewis.  Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, she was a litigation attorney at both a regional and national law firm, concentrating in the field of labor and employment litigation.  She joins us to speak on business development tips for women – Under My Umbrella – Women Rainmakers.
Judge Robert Childers
Judge Robert Childers was first elected to the bench in 1984 in a special election, and then re-elected 4 more times since.  He announced his retirement this year.  Judge Childers is a proponent of assistance programs for attorneys, and was appointed to the Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program in 1999, and on the national level to CoLAP in 2000.  Judge Childers joins us to speak on Mindfulness in the Law.
